Mehrdad Baghai
As Co-Founder and CEO of the High Resolves Group, Mehrdad has focused on the transformation of the Group’s activities into a digital-first mindset and the systematic growth of the program across the world. Mehrdad is also Chair of Alchemy Growth, a boutique strategy advisory firm; and Founding Partner at Alchemy Tribridge, a boutique venture investment firm.
Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader of the Firm’s worldwide Growth Practice, and an Executive Director at the CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency. Mehrdad has degrees from Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School and Princeton University. He is the McNulty Prize winner and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute as well as a Social Entrepreneur of the Year at the Schwab Foundation.
